I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, by an AMAZING mother that taught me to be strong and independent.
My father was a chef and my Zamora family owned restaurants my entire life.
I was introduced to the food business at a very young age.
I held a career as paralegal for over 20 years, periodically working nights and weekends at restaurants and once taking a 2 year hiatus to open and manage a restaurant.
I have waited tables, bartended, catered.
