Thyme Catering is truly a family affair. While staying home and raising her 3 children, head chef Sarah took the opportunity to earn a diploma in Catering and Gourmet Cooking. After rejoining the work force and working for a local winery, she learned the importance of pairing great foods and exceptional wines. Shortly thereafter, the opportunity arose to purchase a local catering company and she hasn't looked back since.
With the help of her husband, Shaun, who is quite the "seasoned" cook, and her sons, one of whom is a chef in Boston, Sarah and the rest of the Thyme crew have appreciated the art of cooking as a labor of love.
