Larry credits his success to his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to uncompromising quality. He graduated with Honors from the Johnson and Wales Culinary School. He won't tell you when. Getting his start in hotels and catering facilities as a chef, he became dissatisfied with the lack of creativity required in event catering at the time.
Wanting to try a new approach he founded Laurence Craig Catering in 1996 out of his tiny apartment. Since then, the business has transformed into the "go to" vendor of many luxury brands, corporate, non- profit and private clients. Larry believes in working closely with hosts, planners and designers to create a personal, seamless, catering experience that brings the party givers vision to life.
Larry currently lives on a farm with his partner and many, many farm "children". Raul Ruiz is Larry Craig's right hand man. As Vice President of Operations, Raul coordinates front of the house operations - staffing, rentals, beverages, vendor scheduling & traffic.
