Bigg Bites Catering Services was Inspired and founded by an amazing chef name Quanie Blackwell, and co-owner Darnell Williamson.
Quanie gained her love for cooking at a young age while working alongside her father who also had a catering business that was very successful throughout the Metro Detroit area.
While attending Eastern Michigan University, she would periodically sell food on campus which created a name for herself, "chef Q".
She would work very long hours in a day to deliver food along with her partner but would receive very little profit.
