When I started cooking at the age of 8 years old, I never envisioned that culinary arts would become my passion.
I come from a host of family members that are incredible cooks, spanning over 4 generations.
Along with learning from my elders, I adamantly watched culinary greats growing up, such as Julia Child, Ina Garten, and Bobby Flay.
This gave me the first glimpse into how creating a delicious meal was actually an artform.
As I grew, I started re-creating classic dishes and putting my own spin on them.
