Our team enjoys working together to bring you original and fresh menu items. Our passion for food and appreciation of cut above customer service translates into the Red Chair Catering experience. We offer traditional catering options as well as individual meal solutions perfect for workforce social distancing and virtual events. We also love working on custom menus and can accommodate all special diets.

All the individual meal options can be dropped off at individual addresses or as bulk drop off. Individual orders of any amount of stops needed by 11:00am or later can be delivered at a time of your choosing, on the day of your event. Bulk drop off of breakfast orders can also be delivered the morning of event. Individual breakfast drop offs of 50+ stops need to be delivered the day before your event.

We also offer a bulk drop off option at a location of your choice for trunk-curbside mass distribution. Fresh individually packaged meal deliveries are part of our daily operations. We are happy to create a menu to fit your budget and needs for meal services.

Antipasto: stuffed grape leaves, marinated mushrooms, stuffed olives, marinated artichokes.
Brie, Blue Cheese, Goat Cheese rolled in cranberry chutney, Monterrey Jack cubes, & Cheddar.
Served with grapes, berries and dried fruit, nuts, French bread and crackers.
Broccoli Bliss: With our creamy apple cider dressing tossed with lots of bacon, raisins, peanuts, and a hint of red onion.
Seasonal Salad: Triple Kale, sliced zucchini, sliced radish, heirloom tomatoes, diced English cucumber, heirloom carrots, with Dijon dressing.
Thin sliced smoked turkey & Provolone cheese.
With our cilantro & garlic aioli, classic pesto, crisp romaine lettuce leaf, and plump slices of tomato.
Oven roasted chicken breast tossed in our buffalo sauce topped with our house made chunky blue cheese dressing, mild banana peppers, a crisp romaine lettuce leaf, plump slices of tomato.
Finished off with American cheese.
Roasted red pepper hummus, classic pesto, sliced Feta cheese, red onion, cucumber, mini sweet peppers, crisp romaine lettuce leaf, and plump tomato slices.
Toasted French bread, beer cheese, spinach, crispy bacon bits, and sangria tomatoes tossed in house dressing.
Cheese: Brie, Blue Cheese, Mancheo, Goat Cheese rolled in cranberry chutney, Monterrey Jack cubes, & Cheddar.
Antipasto: assortment - blue cheese stuffed olives, sundried tomatoes, marinated mushrooms and artichokes.
Broccoli Bliss Shooter Cups - signature salad with broccoli, bacon, peanuts, raisins, a hint of red onion.
Tossed in our apple cider vinaigrette.
Mini Fish Tacos- Choose 1: Crispy cod, grilled Mahi Mahi or Blackened Shrimp.
Cucumber diced in chunks, chick peas, bell peppers, red onion, olives, tomatoes, diced feta, & Greek dressing.
This "ain't yo momma's" cold broccoli dish is served with our creamy apple cider dressing tossed with lots of bacon, raisins, peanuts, and a hint of red onion.
Chopped romaine lettuce, assorted veggies with a side of Ranch, Blue Cheese, or Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Tossed romaine with Parmesan cheese, fine chopped parsley, and croutons.
With side of Caesar dressing.
Chopped romaine mixed with corn, black beans, avocado, Mexican blend cheese, tomato, sliced peppers and tortilla strips with our Honey Chipotle Vinaigrette.
