Bar Car is a 1965 custom Vintage Airstream and Mobile Bar providing premium Cocktail Catering services for private events. Based in San Francisco and Santa Barbara, Bar Car service is available in California - and sometimes beyond - to provide beer, wine, craft cocktails and full bar catering for all kinds of special events including corporate events, weddings, birthdays, tailgating and trade shows.

Bar Car was created by Greg Medow, a graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration who has helped launch and support several innovative Bay Area restaurant and bar ventures including Hobson's Choice, Indigo Restaurant and Crimson Lounge, Cyrus, Foreign Cinema, Mission Bowling Club, Pizzeria Delfina (Palo Alto and Burlingame) and Flanahan's.
His career has been guided by his strong passion for finding ways to surprise and delight people through good food and entertainment.
Drawn to the iconic Airstream trailers, Greg appreciates that they represent a time when life seemed simpler and less stressful.

Our primary objective is to make your event a huge success, and we are able to adjust and customize each package to meet your exact needs and make you the perfect host.

While we'd love to park the Bar Car anywhere, it is a fully equipped trailer with some requirements for easy setup and exit.
