Hawg City Grill Catering
The Hawg City story began in 2005 with the founding of Hawg City Grill, a neighborhood restaurant specializing in homemade sausage and American cuisine. The restaurant became a quick neighborhood favorite, expanding the menu to include barbecue ribs, fried chicken and a Friday fish fry. Despite finding quick success with a dedicated customer base, the Great Recession caused Hawg City Grill to close its doors in 2010.

Fortunately, the brand didn't disappear and continued on with its popular sausage and barbecue pork at summer festivals and private catering. Due to critical acclaim, Hawg City returned in 2011 as a dedicated catering business just a few minutes from the original location. Shifting their gears, Hawg City focused solely on catering, but eventually brought back their famous fish fry, and expanded into Sunday hot ham and rolls and corporate catering accounts.

Finding the catering business to be more profitable the dream that began with Hawg City Grill is alive and well as Hawg City Catering.
