Chicken Florentine: This is our most popular sauce.
It has a creamy, rich base similar to an Alfredo sauce containing cuts of fresh spinach and diced red sweet peppers creating a wonderful texture and color.
This wonderful sauce will be placed over a juicy sauted chicken breast sitting on top of a bed of fettuccine pasta with a serving of seasonal roasted vegetables and a roll.
Chicken Poblano: This bold sauce is made with fresh fire roasted Chile Poblanos, slowly simmered with cream, and white wine.

We thought the kitchen looked a little small (to serve our large wedding of 200+), but it was clean and they were highly recommended by our venue.
Genaro said he caters events as large as ours on a regular basis.
Our worries were unfounded as, on they day of the event, everything was great.
We had many guests comment on how great the food was (we had appetizers and the chipotle lime chicken).
