All of our menu selections are made from scratch for each specific event using the highest quality ingredients, and sourced locally when possible. Organic and Special Dietary requests are easily and gladly accommodated. Menu pricing is based on and may vary by factors such as event type, estimated number of guests, season, and/or specific menu items selected.

The philosophy of endive food can be summarized simply - great food has to be made from fresh wholesome ingredients and finished on site for each event. We prepare and serve every menu item with this in mind, guaranteeing that each client and each guest will be able to experience fresh made, memorable, quality food, created uniquely for each event.

As endive continues to grow so does our commitment to reducing our impact on the environment. From what we buy to how we use it to how we dispose of it we're constantly looking for ways to waste less and recycle more. Currently, we recycle nearly 80% of our waste stream having reduced our landfill contribution by nearly 25 tons this year alone.

Endive Fine Catering opened in January of 2003, historically owned and operated by Chef Drew Ihrig.
Chef Drew is an Atlanta chef with over 27 years of experience.
Before opening Endive, Chef Drew worked for an Atlanta classic, The Micks and Peasant restaurant chain, whose founders are currently responsible for creating the sustainable neighborhood of Serenbe and The Concentrics Restaurant Group.
Chef Drew moved to Atlanta 35 years ago from Northwestern Pennsylvania where he grew up on a small family farm.
