He was General Manager of the organization and Director of Catering for Baltimore's Landmark Restaurant from 1976 to 1984.
Based on 30 years of success, he is currently developing a lifestyle restaurant with private dining and event space called "citron", located at Quarry Lake in the Greenspring Valley of Baltimore County.
