Who doesn't love a birthday treat with their classroom that everyone can enjoy? She has over 25 years of experience in the field of dietetics with a specialty in health and wellness.
Judy has a master's degree in human nutrition, foods and dietetics from the University of Arizona.
She has served as Director of Nutrition Services for Canyon Ranch, was a contributor to Jane Fonda's Workout Book and founded her own nutritional consulting company, Nutrition Ammunition.
Judy guides us to develop menus that reflect guidelines she believes in and we trust her fully.
