At Organic Roots Catering we like to support local farms and businesses to bring you organic and delicious food. You can see and taste the difference in our menus that are fresh, healthy and creative. Our focus is using traditional and modern techniques to prepare dishes unique to Colorado. We enjoy using Colorado meats, produce, cheese and our favorite--Colorado chilies!
We create custom menus and also specialize in vegetarian, vegan, kosher, gluten-free and dairy-free dietary choices. Chef Arturo and Tiffany have a combined forty years restaurant experience. Arturo and Tiffany are both 4th generation natives to Colorado. Tiffany's background is in hospitality management and has opened and managed restaurants along the front range.
Chef Arturo is professionally trained from Johnson & Wales University. He worked with Marriott and White Lodging from coast to coast creating and revitalizing concepts. Chef Arturo also worked in Newport Beach California as Executive Chef of 21 Ocean Front before coming back to Colorado at the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder.
