We are currently offer Keto & Family Style meal prep. The food was amazing! Rachel has became like a sister to me! We have so much in common and I just told her what I wanted and she went above and beyond! The food was so amazing! Her team was so sweet and caring! I love that everyone loved the food, all I heard was how amazing it was! Rachel did a lovely job of catering our holiday party!

Meet Rachel, the owner and head chef at High Country Catering.
She was born & raised in Colorado in a small town called Brighton.
Her love for food started when she was young, and baking for her Grandpa was her favorite hobby.
It wasn't long after high school before she knew she wanted to make a career out of it.
And with support from her family & friends she put herself back through school.
She attend local Culinary School Escoffier in Boulder, where she finished in the top of her class.
In 2016, wanting to combine her love of People & Food, she opened up High Country Catering and the rest is history!

As an experienced Wedding Caterer, we can accommodate the special needs of your guests like food allergies, or even create menu options to impress those guests that are vegan.
A team will arrive prior to dinner time to set up your dinner selections in stainless steel chaffers, bowls, and platters with nice serving ware.
We will help usher guests through the buffet line and refill food as needed.

Meals come packaged in freezer safe Ziploc bags with labels for cooking.
