Heritage Truck Catering
Our meals are farm-to-table, i.e., our menus are seasonal and the main ingredients in our dishes are all locally sourced. Our recipes come from original ethnic cuisines that represent the diversity of the city of Malden where we are based and are curated by our talented chef, Lorena Lorenzet. We practice a nutritional philosophy called "eat the rainbow" which integrates the latest medical findings on preventing inflammation in the human body.

It is supervised by a world-class expert: Dr. Gary Epler. We operate a high-end food truck that can deliver our food in any non-traditional setting, but we are also happy to cook in your kitchen or deliver food directly from our Stock Pot Malden shared kitchen (also the home of our sister company). We are relentless advocates for local farmers, local food entrepreneurs, and local health providers who recognize the crucial role of food in health.

The Heritage Food Truck is a floating test kitchen and "learning vehicle", constantly seeking to connect the dots between local agriculture, local food and local health.
Services
Heritage Food Truck Catering is a catering business that serves both individual and corporate customers.
It offers a farm-to-table menu that utilizes a rich array of cuisines of the world while offering key nutrients that contribute to human health.
Heritage Food Truck Catering has both a Business-to-Customer division (B2C) that serves individuals organizing private events, and a Business-to-Business division (B2B) that serves the corporate market.
It is a sister company of Stock Pot Malden, the shared kitchen commissary in Malden that houses about seven other food trucks that are independently owned.
The Heritage Food Truck Catering business is both a player and a coach.
As a player, it is a free-standing business serving private and corporate customers like any other food truck catering business.
As a coach, Heritage Food Truck Catering acts as a role-model for other food trucks or catering businesses in setting up the infrastructure required by other businesses to connect to local agriculture, promote locally-sourced food or measure the nutritional impact of better food on local populations.
We do have a minimum spend of $2,500 per event for Monday to Saturday events and $3000 per event for Sunday events.
This includes the price of food and service (buffet style - other options such as plated service available), and travel up to 1.5 hour from our Malden base.
We typically operate within a circle of 1.5 hours from our Malden base.
We can sometimes overcome this obstacle by adding a "distance fee" to the food and service cost to cover the hours of driving time and truck cost, but this becomes expensive quite quickly.
We know catering is a key component of a wonderful and successful wedding reception; we are here for you, and will help you create joyful memories.
We are quite flexible and can accommodate various settings, from a private property to the venue you select, and from a buffet style setting, family style serving, or to platted food served at the table.
We also cater events where the food truck is not necessary as a kitchen is available.
It will bring a hipster, foodie dimension to your event.
The presence of our food truck on the premises will generate interest and conversation, because trucks are known for offering creative, state-of-the-art food.
We all know Boston is crazy about sports and we are no exception.
At Heritage, we love football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, without forgetting swimming, skiing, track and field, lacrosse, golf, field hockey, wrestling, ice skating or even curling.
Do I hear archery?
We celebrate our world-class professional teams that win Superbowls, World Series, NBA Championships and Stanley Cups, but we also love the competitive spirit of our college and high school teams, not to mention the neighborhood pick-up teams that play just for fun on evenings and week-ends.
