Lowcountry cuisine is our specialty while nothing is beyond your imagination and our expertise.
We always buy local, and our fresh produce is delivered weekly from area farmers.
When available, oysters and shrimp, fresh fish and crab come straight from the May River and surrounding waters in Hilton Head and Bluffton.
Options include: Lowcountry boil, Lowcountry baked shrimp over pasta, Local grouper with lime breadcrumbs, Salmon with citrus glaze, Devil crab casserole, Beef tenderloin with bearnaise sauce, Pork tenderloin with peach chutney, Homemade salads (chicken, egg, tuna, turkey, pasta), Sandwich trays, and more!

On top of that, we were not entirely certain what we wanted or of the protocol for using a catering service.
We spoke directly with Bess Sopper, who was amazingly helpful and proactive.
Bess offered great food suggestions, variations on the food types, and her "can do" attitude was delightful.
She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and a joy to work with.
In one phone call, we had a confirmed menu and a price for our food and service that was, in our opinion, very reasonable.
