Little Easy Catering and Little Easy Express Lunches is owned and operated by Tim Woodard. Self-taught, inspired with a passion for good food, Tim offers quality plate lunches and catering at a competitive price. Before working at the University of Mississippi in Higher Education, he worked at Danver's Restaurant, Cedar's Restaurant, and Panini The Oxford Catering Company.

There are a few places like The Beacon and Little Easy that are on the must-go-to list for those of us out-of-towners who actually know Oxford food. Tim, the owner, is also one of the best caterers in the area.
