Meet the Grand Champion Award Winning, Hickory BBQ & Grill. Dale Lockwood is the Owner and Operator of Michigan's premier full-service catering company. Hickory BBQ offers a unique, mobile on-site catering experience, featuring show stopping 21 ft. Our full service includes arriving to your event with one of our 21' smoker, staff, setting up the buffet area with chafing dishes, serving utensils, condiments that are appropriate to your menu selection and our 5 BBQ sauces (original, hot, apple, cherry, mustard).
Our team maintains the buffet table, while also serving your guests, so that there is no cross-contamination with the handling of the serving utensils. Our staff is fully masked to keep your guests safe. Then a final cleanup and tear down of the buffet area happens immediately upon completion of your serving time. All remaining food on the buffet will be packaged in disposable tin pans for you and your guests.
Our delivery service includes all food packaged in the covered disposable containers with serving utensils.
