When Mike and Angela Angelis opened Paisan's Old World Deli & Catering business in 1995, they knew they had a unique concept. More than just a deli, or sandwich shop, Angelis wanted to combine his 30 years' experience in the food and beverage industry to offer a walk-in deli located in the heart of an industrial complex. He explained it this way. We like the walk-ins, but our specialty is delivery to business folks who don't have a lot of lunch-hour-driving time.
