We prefer to limit our service to groups of 6 to 60 enabling us to give the ultimate in quality and service. Steve Rogan, our Executive Chef, has been working in the Food Industry as a Restaurant Owner, Operator, Personal Chef and Private Chef, Executive Chef, Caterer, and Promoter since 1973. His Barbecue restaurant, "Dem Bonz" was chosen in the top 5 of all Barbecues in Southern California by Elmer Dills, ABC News Channel food critic.
Jan D'Atri also shared his delightful Potato Salad recipe in the Scottsdale Republic. He has appeared at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival and other venues throughout the valley.
