Christian Caterers, LLC., is an exciting on/off-premise catering company specializing in pasta and regional fresh seafood that is prepared with a contemporary New Orleans/Creole flair. Our catering business will capitalize on the success of local fisherman, farmer's markets and Whole Food stores by offering meal prepared with foods of similar quality. We create meal plans and meal prep for those with special dietary needs whether it is due to health issues, trying to lose weight, maintain weight, or just trying to eat your way to a healthier life.
We prepare a variety of specialty meals such as gluten free, Vegetarian, Vegan and the newest Cancer fighting regimen. Christian Caterers offers classes that review kitchen and food safety and sanitation. As well as basic cooking classes for ages 8 and up.
