Central Catering specializes in On-Site cooking, hot food is hot and cold food is cold. Events big or small we have menu options to fit any budget with our delicious affordable catering. We are located approximately 40 miles north of Sioux City, Iowa and 50 miles south of Sioux Falls, South Dakota and are capable of catering events no matter the distance!
Our menus consist of hot, cold, sandwich, grilled and dessert buffets with several options. We also have a "Create your own buffet" menu that is guaranteed to include your favorites.

Central Catering has been serving the four state area of Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota & Minnesota, since 1975.
We are full service event caterers.
Our trucks are self contained mobile kitchens that allow us the ability to serve hot foods hot and cold foods cold.
We have 19 catering vehicles at your service and are available seven days a week.
Our food is served buffet style and well maintained by our courteous and polite staff.
Food is kept fresh and we package up all left over foods to allow event hosts to take home if desired.

Cold buffets include: Platters of Cold Ham, Roast Beef, Turkey, Swiss Cheese & American Cheese, 3 Kinds of homemade round sandwich breads, choice of 2 salads, Coffee, Punch & all the necessary tableware & condiments.
