Amador Catering offers a variety of menu options in an effort to accommodate your needs. Almost all of our cooking is done on our Traeger Commercial BBQ. Our Traeger wood pellet smoker/BBQ is an amazing BBQ that is like no other. Food coming off a Traeger grill simply tastes better. This is just one of the benefits from using a combination of oak, hickory, mesquite, apple & cherry wood pellets to smoke/grill our meats.

When we got married we searched for a caterer and in doing so, we realized it was not an easy task.
It was at that point we decided maybe we should start our own catering business.
I enjoy cooking and my husband loves to barbeque.
So we put the two together and decided to open a catering business.
I gathered a lot of our favorite dishes that we enjoyed serving our friends and family to create our menu options.
Now we serve those dishes to our clients.
We try to offer a variety of menu options so there is something for everyone's taste buds.
