Established in 1991 with Clyde and Jackie Moss at the helm, the company has evolved into much more than the mom and pop diner that it started as. CJ's Catering and Food Service is your neighborhood Catering Company cooking up all of your favorite dishes. Using fresh ingredients with a side of Mom's kitchen wisdom, we make real food for real people. We started out as a small diner in Fraser, and grew out of that location by 2012. At that time we were servicing 6 charter schools, catering, and running the restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
Our search for more space led us to the historical district in Warren, where we garnered another loyal customer base at our deli style restaurant. While we loved serving our Warren community every day, the hustle and bustle of our catering business led us to the decision to transition our dining room into a banquet hall in late 2018.
