Barry was employed in Australia by Vail Resorts to operate their Game Creek Club private members operations in 1998, www.gamecreekclub.com. During this time Barry was chosen to have the responsibility to cook for guests in the private chalet including Hollywood stars, Famous Musicians, Wall Street CEO's, etc. Also during his time with Vail resorts, before finishing his time, Barry teamed up with the Game Creek Club to win the Colorado lamb cook off held in Vail 3 years in a row.
