EJ's cooking career began in his home town of Sea Isle City, NJ at the very young age of 12 (before you could even legally work) at Garrity's restaurant where he stayed for 10 years until they closed.
Growing up in a shore town, surrounded by its fishing ports and inspired by the sharply contrasting seasons, EJ developed an appreciation for the seafood and agriculture of southern Jersey.
With the encouragement of his family, EJ decided to turn cooking into a career and was accepted into the Restaurant School of Philadelphia.

We had the pleasure of having Shore Side cater our wedding a few weeks ago.
Working with Amanda was a dream from start to finish.
While planning my wedding and the catering services, she was always easy to get ahold of, quickly got back to me and was so pleasant to work with.
The food was fantastic, and they customized our menu to work perfectly with so much flexibility for us and our 180+ guests and vendors.
The staff was sure to bring my husband and I food all night because they knew we wouldn't have gotten a chance to eat otherwise (typical bride and groom behavior) and it was so appreciated!
