Executive Chef and Owner, Shawn McFalls has been in food service for over 20 years. At the age of 15 he started as a dishwasher for a local bakery; then proceeded to various other positions from a service station to cafe worker to Executive Chef at Charlotte Motor Speedway, servicing known clients such as Michael Jordan and O. Bruton Smith.

We talked late yesterday about offering our guests grab and go meals that they purchase so they don't need to go out or pay delivery fees etc.
Today Shawn shows up with a small tabletop refrigerator (brand new) and 12 asst.
Picked up some meals for dinner yesterday and we all have left overs for dinner tonight! Brittany L.
