Years ago, before I started Erika's Catering business, I tried out many career paths after graduating with a Culinary Arts degree from the CA Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
I became a private chef for local families, I ran a delivery service for my meals, and I even considered packaged deli salsa's.
During that time of seeking out that perfect culinary profession, I had a boyfriend (who is now my husband of 15 years).
We were young and in love, and we had affectionate pet name's for each other.
