My wife Misty and I are the owners of Lake Tahoe Catering Co. We share a passion for great food and excellent service, and have set the standard for catering at Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe Catering Co. began in 1999 with two guys and a pickup truck operating out of a small home kitchen. We have since grown into a fully equipped 5600 square foot commercial kitchen and a staff of twenty-two.
