We at JCI Catering are committed to offering superior service, exceptional value, and the freshest ingredients to all of our clients. We provide customized menu solutions for each event while keeping your budget in mind. Our family has over 150 years of experience in the food service industry. Our company has a combined 75 years of experience which includes three Culinary and Hospitality degrees.

We are Western New York born and raised but have traveled and worked across the country (Atlanta, Miami, Metro DC, Maryland, and Missouri) honing our skills not only to bring you your "hometown favorites" but new and exciting flavors from around the country and the world. James has a BS degree in Hospitality Management from FIU one of the country's top rated Restaurant Schools, he has lived and worked in Atlanta, Miami, Metro DC, Maryland, and Missouri.

He has 45 years' experience in the food service industry and is also Serve Safe certificated. Christian has two degrees from NCCC in Culinary Arts with over 20 years' experience including: the Hard Rock Cafe, Aramark/Sodexo Food Service Management and Le Metro Cafe.

Chicken Spendi (P)- Boneless chicken breast marinated in our special blend of fresh herbs, spices and our own roasted garlic olive oil.
Served on skewers with hint of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
Can also be served with Italian Sausage.
Sesame Parm Cheese Twist (P) - puff pastry dough dusted with parmesan cheese and rolled in sesame seeds.
We incorporate a world of new flavors and different cultures by utilizing fresh ingredients for every meal.
Served on skewers with hint of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
Can also be served with Italian Sausage.
Cranberry Apple Jack Demi Glaze.

Slow Roasted Top Round of Beef - Sliced roast beef served with 3 sides of your choosing.
Low Country Boil - (minimum of 75 guests) all the fix'ins for a great low country boil.

Sunday Baked Chicken - 1/4 cut seasoned chicken baked to a golden brown.
Charleston Buttermilk Fried Chicken - 8 cut chicken marinated in buttermilk and seasonings, dredged in seasoned flour and fried to a golden brown.
Chicken Pot Pie with Pastry Topping - Grilled Chicken with fresh vegetables in a creamy chicken stock topped with a pastry topping.
Slow cooked beef in a rich brown gravy with fresh vegetables and tomatoes served "chunky" style.
Chicken Fried Steak - seasoned and marinated in buttermilk, dredged in seasoned flour and fried golden brown served with a white peppered gravy.
Our Thick Cut French Bread hand dipped with a hint of honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Assortment of wraps, and sandwiches on your selection of bread.
Your selection of side salad including dressing and fresh baked breadsticks.
All Hot Buffets are served with a Caesar or Tossed Salad and Fresh Baked Breadsticks.
Chicken Penne - Grilled Chicken tossed with Penne or a pasta of your choice, coated with marinara sauce, sauteed peppers, onions and mushrooms.
Beef Stew with Fresh baked Buttermilk Biscuit (add $1.00 per guest) - A hearty Beef Stew with fresh veggies and served with Buttermilk Biscuit.
1/2 BBQ Chicken - marinated in our special sauce slow roasted & finished on our charcoal grill.
Pulled Pork - slow roasted hand pulled pork roasted with our own BBQ seasoning.
Buttermilk Corn Bread - fresh baked buttermilk corn bread topped with melted butter.
Chips and Salsa - nacho chips with a selection of salsa.
The above price includes food and disposable paper products.
BBQ Burger - basted with memphis style BBQ sauce.
Sliced BBQ Beef Brisket - slow roasted beef brisket sliced thin served with our own BBQ sauce.
