We're old school about our dishes and make all of our sauces, marinades, desserts & signature house dressing from scratch. And, we're committed to using local ingredients from local purveyors whenever possible. Bayfield Wisconsin isn't one of my usual haunts, but well worth a visit. I now see why the late JFK, Jr used to retreat to the Bayfield area to escape.
It is a beautiful area with lots to see and do, and less anyone feel that one has to sacrifice fine dining to experience the Wisconsin northwoods. People say wedding guests only remember the food, drinks and dance floor. Good Thyme absolutely slayed the catering game at our wedding!
