He has been in the food industry for over 20 years and has worked in some of the area's finest restaurants including Elliott's Oyster House, Alki Bakery & Cafe, Harbor Club, The Butcher, Latitude 47, and Maribou.Now with his own catering company he brings his experience and dedication to fine cuisine to you. You can have a taste of a wide range of wonderful flavors from around the world with his knowledge of ethnic, regional, Pan-Asian, and local cuisine.
