We make fundraising simple. We provide the meat(s) and you provide the side dishes, desserts, drinks and table service. All costs are quoted up front so there are never surprises. Our mission is to assist you in making your next event a success! Whether you need to serve 50 people or 1000 people, we can make your next catered event simple for you.

Whether you have a wedding coming up, a workplace event, or more, let us do all the work and we'll quote all costs up front! Dan Fulton purchased the business in 1977, beginning his operation with two school buses that had been converted into kitchens. He was the only full-time employee and catered 80 fundraisers a year. Today, Dan's son Adam is in charge of operations and school buses have been replaced with five trailers, each equipped with full kitchens.

At that time, he catered around 80 fundraisers with Dan as the only full time employee.
Now, 40 years later, the school buses have been replaced with five trailers, each equipped with full kitchens.
Our calendar is filled with around 300 fundraisers and catered events and we now employ five full time and three part time team members.

An adult is a person age 13 and over, a child is ages 6 through 12, and all children age 5 and under are free.
We also offer tartar sauce for $11 per gallon.
It will then be your responsibility to furnish the side dishes, desserts, and drinks.
All prices listed are subject to change.
Once a fish fry is scheduled, we ask that you contact us 8 weeks before your event to obtain our current prices.
Our minimum is based on number of people served, what day the fry is scheduled and how far the location is from our business.
Along with pre-selling tickets, you'll also want to advertise in your community.
Common ways to advertise are Facebook, Twitter, fliers, yard signs, radio, and newspaper.
Many newspapers and radio stations will advertise for free if they know it's for a fundraiser!
Ticket prices vary by location, but currently the average adult ticket price is between $9.50 and $12.
The average child ticket price is between $6 and $7.
We suggest offering a discount of $.50 or $1 for pre-sale tickets.
On the day of the event, we will provide you with information regarding how many pieces to put on each plate in the serving line and how many pieces to put in each carry-out.
