Seriously, we have gotten SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on the food AND the staff! I feel like we really had a dream team of vendors. It was such a perfect day and we have you to thank for so much of that! We are endlessly appreciative. Seriously - I don't have words to tell you how amazing Sarah and her team at GC were. Not only were we lucky enough to have the best wedding food I've literally ever had, but Sarah and her team also stepped in as my day of coordinator, helped to navigate a shut down gondola with lightning.
The Gourmet Cowboy was the perfect catering vendor for our wedding at Donovan Pavilion in Vail! Sarah helped us be creative with our "vision" and it turned out just perfectly!
