Rafe's passion for food began in 1998 when he began washing dishes at the Red Barn Restaurant and Lounge.
By showing great skill and artistry with cooking, he soon became one of the head chefs. In 2006, Rafe joined Fran Noonan in opening her catering business, Noon and Night Custom Catering and Carryout. For many years, Rafe showed his love of food and creativity by catering to the Western Slope. When Fran decided to retire in 2012, Rafe worked under Chef Mike Krull at the lobby grill at Montrose Memorial Hospital.
By working under a chef who used farm-to-table techniques, Rafe helped Montrose eat healthier one plate at a time. Now with twenty years experience, Rafe has decided to form a full-service catering company of his own.
