Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Antoinette was one of four children.
It was in her mother, Lilly and Aunt Mary's kitchens that she learned the value of combining the love of cooking and fresh ingredients to create delectable meals.
Her family moved to Queens and after marrying, Antoinette moved to the North Shore of Long Island, New York where she has lived and raised her family.
Antoinette had the opportunity to travel throughout Italy, France and Portugal, as well as many other countries in Europe and Africa.
