Trotta Foods, founded in 1955 in the Bronx, is family owned and operated. Trotta's commitment to quality and value is seen in everything they do and in every homemade dish of pasta they make. Today, the storefront in Thornwood boasts premium cold cuts, fresh-baked bread, a selection of cheeses, and imported products as well as their own homemade items.

Trotta's doesn't stop there though. They have tons of space on-site to house products for the restaurants they deliver to and all the equipment they need to make the foods we love. Trotta's makes wholesale deliveries to restaurants in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and the Bronx with their refrigerated trucks. Trotta's is at work daily making their homemade mozzarella, sausage, sauces, and of course their famous pasta products.

Hi, I'm Eddy Trotta, the owner of Trotta Foods and son of the amazing founders, Orlando "Al" and Anna Trotta.
In 1955, my dad started peddling my mom's delicious homemade pasta from their kitchen to the neighborhood Italian restaurants in the Bronx.
Over time, we moved from the family kitchen to a store front in the Throgs Neck section of the Bronx, and then to New Rochelle.
In 1976, the family moved the business to its present location in Thornwood, Westchester County.
We have expanded the "factory", as we lovingly refer to it, from its small storefront to a fully equipped facility capable of producing other homemade products such as sauces, soups, sausage, fresh mozzarella, as well as many varieties of ravioli and other pasta.
For your convenience, party rentals, such as chafing setups and coffee urns, as well as a service staff of waiters, waitresses, and bartenders, are available.
Garden fresh zucchini stuffed with ricotta, onions, and roasted peppers topped with melted mozzarella.
A delicious baguette sliced, toasted, and topped with chopped tomatoes, olives, garlic, basil, onion, salt & pepper, then drizzled with olive oil.
Thin slices of Italian bread topped with a unique blend of sausage, ricotta cheese, and herbs.
