Vivace Gourmet Cafe will feature breakfast, Italian style coffee, lunch and boxed lunch catering offerings featuring fresh ingredients for carry out only. The menu will feature espresso, cappuccino, fresh baked goods, signature sandwiches with weekly specials, soups, and soft drinks - designed to be delicious and healthy! Vivace Gourmet cares about the environment and community - all carry out items will be served in earth-friendly containers that are 100% biodegradable!
I catered to wonderful families and private parties in the Tampa Bay area until the pandemic forced me out of business due to a sharp decline in the travel industry. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, I have returned home to open Vivace Gourmet Cafe for carry out services only. My father, Gene Southerland, owner of Mr. G's Hair Design Studios, has been in the Hill Side Community since 1967.
I look forward to becoming a part of the community and adding on to his legacy with my delicious menu offerings! Construction is nearly complete and we have a projected opening date for the cafe and sandwich shop in Fall 2021.

Customized menus start at $75 Per Person and include menu planning, food, shopping, onsite preparation, service and clean up.
For client safety, reservations for groups of 10 people or less are only being accepted at this time.
This was our first time hiring Chef Jenner and she was incredible.
She arrived on time and made everything from scratch!
Her food was phenomenal and the presentation was immaculate.
She provided us with a service unlike any other and we would hire her again in an instant!
