Blind Pig is all about barbecues, from backyard parties for 20 guests to wedding receptions for 200 and anything in between. Our name comes from a mystical experience a number of years ago in the Blue Ridge Mountains, so our specialty is Roast Pig, slow cooked and mouth-wateringly delicious, with a wide selection of sides to go with it. But we can also cook up just about anything your heart desires, like steaks, chicken, even prime rib.
We'll deliver your feast ready to eat, or for the ultimate barbecue, our chef will come to your site and serve your guests directly from our gleaming stainless steel roaster on wheels. And unlike ordinary "pig roast" outfits, all of our cooking is self-contained, so we won't ruin your lawn. And since catering is part of our name, we can provide full catering services - including tents, tables and chairs, table settings, and servers - according to your needs.
