Hummus, tabouleh (cracked wheat, tomato & parsley salad), baba ghanouj (roasted eggplant dip) and stuffed grape leaves.
Falafel (deep-fried chickpea & fava bean patties), kibbeh makleyye (cracked wheat croquettes stuffed w/ ground meat & nuts), spinach pie and hot grape leaves.
Add drinks and perhaps dessert, and you're all set.
