Hello, I'm Matthew Becker Chef/ Owner of Becker's Catering.
I first began catering when asked by family and friends to help cook and plan events for their special occasions.
Seeing everyone's expressions of joy and sharing their most important moments is an amazing feeling for me.
I love being able to help others with their events and providing them with exceptional service.
I have over 20 years of culinary experience, 15 of which were spent cooking in one of central Connecticut's best loved family-owned markets.

Family owned and operated our market is stocked with both local and gourmet offerings as well as prepared meals, fresh packaged, salads, wraps and scratch made soups and desserts.

All of our meals are prepared fresh throughout the week using many locally sourced products right from your neighborhood.
Our meals come fully prepared in oven ready aluminum trays with easy to follow heating instructions.
Each tray contains roughly 4 servings and start at $30 each.
All of our meals can be frozen and suggest they be thawed completely when ready to heat.
We feature 3 meal choices each week that are available for pickup at the shop or delivery to your home.
Pre orders are always recommended to guarantee your meals for pick up but not required.

In the event you have additional responsibilities other than the food service you would like us to attend to please inform us prior to the day of the event so we may add additional staff.
Please remember our staff is there to ensure an outstanding foodservice is provided to you and your guests.
Food is prepared based on 1 serving per person of the menu chosen.
Final guest count and any menu changes are required 2 weeks prior to the event.
We always plan for a little extra but please provide us with the most accurate count possible.

At this time we only accept payments in the form of cash, checks and credit cards by phone.
We are in the process of accepting credit cards online as an option and convenience to our clients.
Becker's Catering will provide services to the entire state of Connecticut and some areas of surrounding states.
Depending on the distance there may be an added charge that will be addressed with the customer upon the agreement to provide services.
We do however reserve the right to decline our services for an event based on if the venue or service itself.
