Piscolabis Catering was founded in 2007 in Frisco, TX. Since then, our menu has grown and we have proudly served well known corporate accounts as well as many private customers. We offer a wide variety of appetizer tray, entrees and specialty buffets for any type of event; from family gatherings to weddings, office events and other special occasions.
Our specialty is the Paella and the Empanada. Our dishes are inspired by family recipes using fresh ingredients. We don't use pre-made food; every dish is prepared just hours before the event and delivered fresh, warm and ready to serve.

Includes up to 4 buffet tables with white linen cloth; chafers and Non-disposable serving dishes (crystal/china).
One of our staff members will setup the buffet and then return at a later time to pick up all the items.
All non disposable items remain the property of Piscolabis Catering and should be available for our collection as agreed with the customer.
Items not available for our collection will be charged for at list price.
All non disposable items must be returned clean.

The number one question we get from our clients during the planning process is how much food and beverages they need to serve a crowd.
The most important factor you need to consider is the type of event; formal (sit down), buffet (self served) or passed (Hors D'oeuvres).
For formal or sit down events, the amount of food is pretty much determined by the number of sittings.
However, if you are planning a self served buffet or passed Hors D'oeuvres, there are some other basic factors you need to consider.

Your order will be scheduled to arrive within a 30-minute window - up to 15 minute before or 15 minutes after the time requested to adjust for possible traffic or weather conditions.
Delivery charges - A $25.00 standard delivery charge will be added to all orders of $300.00 or less.
For all others, as quoted or 5% of the total value of the order.
Orders of $2,000.00 or more require a 50% deposit at time of placing the order with balance due no less than 72hrs.
Full payment is required for any order, regardless of value, placed for delivery within 14 days or less.
