Ephi has had a passion for food since his youngest years, and earned early kudos for his "signature" poppers vended from his concession stand at Robert Kraft stadium in Jerusalem 2006 - 2009. Just ask any American yeshiva student who went there to play or watch flag football! He graduated the Center for Kosher Culinary Arts and has interned in fine dining restaurants such as Etc Steakhouse in Teaneck, NJ and The Ridge Steakhouse in Airmont, NY to name a few.
