It was years ago when my girlfriend, now my wife, asked me, What do you love to do? What is your passion? At the time she felt it was a random question, but that very day I enrolled in culinary school and from that point on cooking has been the focus of my life. It drives me everyday, when I wake up from the time I go to bed. There is nothing more satisfying to me than a happy customer and I enjoy our experience from the initial menu creation to the clean up at the end of the event.
