We are an on-site event catering company. This means we shop fresh for your event and prepare it just for you. We can recommend menus that have your budget and your guest's taste in mind. 1 - Prepare all vegetables by Chopping Red Pepper, Onion, Yellow Squash, or others as desired.
2 - Pat dry chicken on paper towel, transfer to wax paper sheet and season with salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder.
5 - Add to skillet onion, yellow squash, & red bell pepper season with salt pepper, onion powder & garlic powder and saute till tender.
7 - Add in chicken broth, tomato sauce and sprinkle parsley and parmesan cheese on top let simmer 15-20 minutes until chicken is tender and has an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
