Each event will have disposable chaffers, the steam pan, and 1 sterno per entree (additional sternos are available for $5/sterno), all chef extras will be left in a recyclable polyethalene bowl or display.
During the peak summer season we will require a 75 person minimum on any Saturday event (June to September).
All events will come presented with our elegant high - low tiered style, our silk floral arrangements, and our heavy duty chaffers.
