With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, unparalleled customer service, and a keen eye for details, Fran continues to share her passion for cooking and events. Corporate catering, private parties, weddings, picnics, and conventions are all part of our repertoire.
There is no meeting or event too large or too small. Our culinary team at A Black Tie Affair prides themselves on using the freshest, highest quality ingredients to produce delicious and beautifully presented food. We have created an exciting and diverse menu that we feature year-round. Since it is our intention to bring the best of what is available to all of our clients, we also provide seasonal menus three times per year.
