Our experienced team handles your event catering totally: all the food preparation, setup, and cleanup is taken care of for you. We also provide utensils, plates, napkins, and professional waitstaff.
We can even plan the entire event for you so that you can enjoy your celebration and focus on your guests. Hygiene and safety are always top priorities at "The Coke Oven." All our caterers have their food handling certificates and wear hairnets and gloves while working.
Our facilities have been approved by the health department, and all members of our staff are subject to random drug testing every 30 days.

Food prepared as Coal Coke was produced by My Grandfather, Lewis Irvin Diggs, who lived with His Wife, and My Grandmother, Martha Battles Coles Diggs.
