Scratch kitchen style cooking allows us to utilize the freshest ingredients in season to ensure the best quality for each and every bite. We look forward to making your event one to remember! Clients come to us for our versatility and fully customizable menus.
Almost all of our dishes can be made into passed appetizers, small plates, family style, buffets, and plated entrees. We make 99% of our food from scratch, including stocks, pierogies, sauces, and raviolis. Making almost everything from scratch allows us to provide a unique style that other caterers cannot match. The best events are not just comprised of great food, but outstanding service as well.
Our carefully selected kitchen staff includes past and present executive chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen managers; while our service staff includes restaurant managers, servers, and bartenders. We also take care to stagger our staff throughout events to keep as much money in the clients pocket as possible without sacrificing guests experience.
