Leo Forget, co-owner of La Famiglia Catering, graduated from Johnson and Wales Culinary School in 1980.
Post-completion, Leo continued to study fine dining, as he explored culinary and management positions with Italian, French, Swiss-German and Asian Cuisine.
Jeffery Roberts, co-owner of La Famiglia Catering, also brings his many years of restaurant/spirits management and customer service skills to the business.
